Luminor Bank facilitates mass payment functionalities for corporate clients through its Bridge platform. While not offering a standalone "Mass Payments" product, the Bridge platform effectively enables businesses to manage bulk payments using XML file imports in compliance with ISO 20022 standards. This solution is particularly beneficial for companies handling large volumes of outgoing transactions and payroll disbursements.

The Bridge platform is designed to meet the needs of legal entities of any size requiring a unified system for executing multiple payments efficiently. Key features include:
- Importing payment files in ISO 20022 format (PAIN.001.001.03 or PAIN.001.001.09)
- Customizable user access rights and transaction limits
- Payment authorization by one or two signatories
- Generating company group reports in PDF and CSV formats

Commissions for Payments via Bridge
Mass payment transactions conducted through Bridge are subject to standard fees applicable to individual SEPA and SWIFT transfers made via digital channels:

Note: SHA indicates that the commission is shared between the payer and the recipient; OUR means the payer bears all fees, including those from correspondent banks.
Execution Times
- SEPA (Euro Credit Transfer): Executed by the end of the working day if submitted before 14:00 (T+0) or on the next working day (T+1).
- SWIFT-ISO20022 Transfers: Processed within 1–2 working days, depending on correspondent banks and priority level (ordinary/urgent).
- Internal Transfers within Luminor Bank: Executed instantly or within one hour.
Payment Limits
- Minimum Payment Amount: No minimum limit for SEPA transfers and Bridge platform transactions; recommended minimum is EUR 0.01.
- Maximum Payment Amount: Determined by limits set by the client and Luminor Bank as part of KYC/AML procedures, as well as technical limitations of XML file imports.
Requirements and Necessary Documents
Companies wishing to utilize the Bridge platform for mass payments must meet the following criteria and provide necessary documentation:
- Legal Entity Status: The company must be a legal entity registered in Estonia.
- Corporate Documentation:
- Registration in the Estonian Commercial Register
- Articles of Association
- Director's appointment order
- Confirmation of beneficial owner(s) holding more than 25% ownership
- Document verifying the registered address
- Service Agreements:
- Execution of the Bridge Service Agreement
- Selection of a business package (options include 10, 25, 50, or 150 transactions) for preferential SEPA payment volumes
- Activation of digital channels and issuance of a hardware token for electronic signatures
- KYC/AML Compliance:
- Completion of a compliance interview (in-person or remotely)
- Consent to the collection and processing of personal data
- Commitment to regularly update information upon the bank's request
Additional Costs and Features
- Hardware Token: One-time fee of EUR 30 for issuance.
- Business Package: Monthly fees range from EUR 3 to EUR 29, which include a predetermined number of free outgoing SEPA transfers (from 10 to 150 payments per month).
- SWIFT Payment Copy, Cancellation, or Investigation: Fees range from EUR 10 to EUR 100, depending on the nature of the request and the time elapsed since execution.
- E-Commerce Gateway: Registration is free, with transaction fees of 1.8% plus EUR 0.15 per transaction (analogous to e-commerce tariffs in Luminor Marketplace zones), suitable for receiving mass payments from clients.
